Very helpful installer. At first they came out with a water heater that was too tall to match up with our current venting. I upgraded to a 50 gal. tank (previously had a 40 gal. tank). They said it would be a lot more work to change the venting (putting another hole in our chimney in basement) so they had to order a squatter version of the 50 gal. tank. That one cost more for some reason. But BTU Comfort Solutions made up for it in other discounts. Very satisfied with the work they did. Neat and pleasant…even gave me some free info. on a leaky faucet in my utility tub.

BTU is very prompt and thorough. All pricing is up-front, and the service techs are very friendly. Our furnace went out during the cold snap, and they were there within a couple of hours to fix it.

they immediately called me back, and came right out to assess and fix the problem. Although HVAC is never cheap, they fixed the problem. I had to follow up with them to schedule the install of the part, I thought that they might have called me instead, but it’s ok. the repair guy worked very hard and fixed it.
